The Flight Deck - A Fun Place for Valkyries Fans

The Golden State Valkyries are here, and we are pumped! Valkyries fans will find plenty of ways to connect with the team and each other. Are you looking for fun, light, and (hopefully) interesting commentary on the team and home games? If yes, then you're in the right spot!

We are going to keep this initial post brief. We have a few guidelines and rules for this blog. We think they are pretty reasonable and straightforward:

1. The primary purpose of this blog is to write about Valkyries home games. Can be anything about the home games--the game, the players, the fans, the concessions, whatever. We might also write about away games, other sports, or other Bay Area topics. But this will primarily be about Valkyries home games.

2. We hope you comment, respond, and interact. We will do our best to do the same. But this is not our jobs. We make no money doing this. Just FYI.

3. This will not be a mean or negative space. We might include criticism if it's warranted. But we will not tolerate jerks. We will remove content that reflects anyone being a jerk.

It is pretty cool that we get to celebrate a new team in this awesome league and this awesome city. Hopefully this blog can make celebrating the Valkyries even more fun!
